Installing a new layer of asphalt on your existing parking will restore it to a new condition.
- Badly alligator cracked and/or holes in the existing Surface need to be repaired prior to installation of New pavement.

- Asphalt adjoining concrete slabs and curb & gutter are ground down with a Milling Machine to maintain drainage and provide a flush transition between the asphalt and existing concrete.
- The existing asphalt surface is then prepped and liquid asphalt tack applied as needed to insure a good bond between the existing surface and new overlay.
- The new surface is then installed using a self propelled paving machine, usually at a 2†inch thickness, and compacted with steel a drum roller.
- The parking lot markings are then repainted.
Parking lots with excess cracking, or that are requiring yearly patching are good candidates for an overlay.
