Your cooperation is appreciated in the work being completed in a timely manner:

• Turn lawn irrigation system off 24 hours prior to starting of the project and leave off for 24 hours after completion of project.
• Have all cars, boats, trailers, garbage containers, planters and other items removed from work area before our crew arrives.
• Have garage doors open or unlocked so they can be opened. (The crew will close and lock doors when work is complete).
• Provide access to water supply.
• Notify other contractors of the work schedule.

Any delay in start of work, or additional mobilizations needed, due to work area not prepared as above will result in additional charges.
